Ms.Angela was a truly great woman. She was a good friend to me over the years and I loved talking n visiting her when I'd be in the area.
To my Beautiful, Strong-Willed, Unforgettably Amazing Superstar Friend,
It hurts me so much to see your beautiful picture on an obituary Angie. No, not Angie . . . not MY ANGIE! But alas, it is you.
I am so wonderfully glad to have gotten to spend some time with you a few weeks ago. I knew you weren't well, but I guess somehow I believed the trooper in you would always prevail through any and everything.
I just want you to know how glad I am to have had you in my life. You were, without a doubt, one of the funniest, most enjoyable people I have ever been given the privilege of being around. In appearance, you were this small little lady, but there was no doubt a giant of a soul within. And that is what my Mom and I loved about you: absolutely fearless, determined and perfectly at peace with your opinions. And, we loved your opinions! ;)
It breaks my heart to know I won't be able to pick up the phone and give you a call every now and then. As they say, all good things must come to an end . . . at least, in this life. But, if ever one could be called a true friend Angie, you were the one. Thank you so much for all the wonderful, fun memories . . . and for being you.
Your True Friend . . . Forever, Always, and Beyond,
PS: Tell Uncle John, Grandma Little, Mamaw, Papaw and all the family that I miss them so.
Rest in Peace Aunt Angie. Thank you for being such a good friend to my Mom and for taking such good care of my Uncle.
Angie was one of the best friends I ever had. We took several “vacation” trips together through the years, she always said I was one of the few people she could travel with. She gave me my very first job when I started my painting and wallpaper business years ago and I think she was the last person I painted a room for—after I retired. So many memories of her I will always treasure, we shared our life’s up and downs. I spent a day with her in January taking her to doctor and we talked and talked. She will always have a special place in my memories.
My most sincere condolences to the family, praying for strength and peace at this time.
