I am so sorry for your loss, Jim was a great man I enjoyed being around him very much and aggravating him every chance I got, whether it was joking around or sending him a dumb video I glued his head on. I always try to make him laugh. Over the last few years that I got to know Jim, he was always easy to talk to him, no matter the conversation. He will truly be missed, but I take comfort in knowing he is with His Lord and Savior, just know you and your family will be in a hearts and prayers.
James was an honorable man, a good Police Officer and a great colleague. May his soul rest in peace.
Blount is a good man. We served for years together at the Little Rock Police Department. Before that, we served in the United States Air Force as security policemen at different duty stations.
Again, Blount is a good man May he rest in love and peace.

The Jim we knew had a strong but quiet demeanor about him as well as a humble spirit. Always willing to help and rarely did we not see his signature smile. He will be missed on this side of Heaven, but rest assured we will see that signature smile again.
Godspeed James, we'll rally up at debrief. Honor to have served with you!
I served with Jim at RAF Upper Heyford. While not always seeing eye to eye, we respected each other and worked well together. To his wife and family, you have my heart felt condolences. I pray for God's peace to surround each of you and confort you.
Whenever I saw Jim at a distance I altered my path if just to spend a few moments in conversation. I always was uplifted. Jim was one of the most sincere men I have known.
Sandra, Maddox and family,
It was a pleasure to know Jim, he was a good man that I was blessed to share parts of life with. We first meet in the early days when in the Air Force at LRAFB, we then reconnected in 1990 in LRPD Rookie school. We worked the same squad for a few years and shared many laughs and good times. My prayers for you all that God lifts you up and gives you comfort and peace during this time.
