Gayle Ann Pangle, 69, of Yellville, AR. Passed away peacefully in her home, with her husband, daughters,
And her beloved dog, Soka, by her side, on June 13th 2023.
Gayle is survived by her husband, Kevin Pangle, mother Barbara Shields, Sister Cindy Ross (Bobby Ross), Brother Mark Stocking (Linda Stocking), daughters Stephanie Guillen and Mariah Pangle, grandchildren Danny Ply Jr., Sebastian Plaisance, Autumn Guillen, Duncan Stromquist, and countless family and friends
She is preceded in death by her father David Stocking, daughter Jessie Guillen and

Gayle was a life long lover of all animals, but was known for her passion and affection for horses. Gayle spent her entire life around horses and had several throughout the years whom she loved and cared for endlessly. Competing in several western horse sports and shows in her younger years, Gayle won multiple awards and eventually went on to become a staple in local parades around Yellville, Ar. later on in her life. During that time, she established the Mounted Emotions riding and parade group, and was featured in local papers on many occasions for her signature, flashy parade costumes and decor, which she poured countless hours of work and love into.
Always a hard worker, Gayle won the State Championship in the 1977 & 19781 Heavy Equipment Rodeo's for the Coors Brewing Company in Golden, Co, as a forklift operator. She also obtained top secret security clearance while working at the global aerospace and defense company General Dynamics in El Centro, CA., where her work contributed to the production of the Tomahawk Cruise Missile, Stealth Bomber, and much more. After moving to Arkansas, Gayle spent many years working as a Quality Control Manager at Microplastics and Ark-Plas, as well as working alongside her husband of 33 years in their family business, Pangle Enterprise, which they established in 1996.
Gayle was known as a gentle soul who was wise, selfless, strong and as tough as they come. She did not suffer dishonesty, but if she gave you her friendship, she was loyal to the very end. She loved her family, friends, and animals dearly and devoted her life and whole heart to them. Her laughter and smile were contagious and she will always be remembered for the light, joy, compassion, encouragement, adventure, inspiration and unconditional love she brought into the world and every life she touched.
A celebration of life will be held for Gayle at The Elms Barn in Flippin, AR. On Saturday,
July 1st 2023, from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm.
Kevin, we are so sorry to hear of your loss. We didn’t know Gayle very well but it sounds like she had an amazing way about her and touched many lives. We will pray for you and all your family.

So sorry for Your loss Kevin
Sorry for the family’s loss prayers
Although I never met Gayle, others in my family did and I’m sure we would have been friends. Anyone who loved critters as much as she did is okay in my book.
Kevin, we’ve been friends for 47 years. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time.
I know you already know this, but myself, my parents and my siblings consider you part of our family. We love you and will always be there for you. ALWAYS!
Love ya, Mo,

This woman... I loved her so much! I will forever cherish all the parades and trail rides we did together! Starman will know you when you've arrived in heaven... hug him and Dapple and sweet Savannah for me! I miss you!
Gayle had a heart as big as they come. Although my own health prevented me from being involved, she was always anxious to show me new costumes or new accessories for the 'Mointed Emotions'. Her love of animals of all kinds was always very evident in her life.
She will be missed tremendously, and remembered with great love.
My deepest condolences to all of her close and extended family.
I don't think there was an animal that Gayle didn't love. Whether it was her beloved horses or Kevin's pet squirrel that they rescued as a tiny pup and hand raised. They even nursed it through tumor surgery to a full recovery. Her selfless love and caring extended to mine and Kevin's dad who she cared for over the many years after we lost our own mother, also much too soon.
So that's how I will remember Gayle. When I see or commit an act of kindness, I'll know that Gayle is there cheering it on.
Kevin and Family, my heart aches for all of you. Sorry I won't be able to come to the Celebration of Life. My mobility is gone. My mind tells me yes but my body tells me no.
I am so happy I got to meet all of you and so happy Gayle got to spend some time with her Dad before he passed away too soon.
I am sure we all have happy memories of times spent together.
With Love, Etta
