Gayle was a life long lover of all animals, but was known for her passion and affection for horses. Gayle spent her entire life around horses and had several throughout the years whom she loved and cared for endlessly. Competing in several western horse sports and shows in her younger years, Gayle won multiple awards and eventually went on to become a staple in local parades around Yellville, Ar. later on in her life. During that time, she established the Mounted Emotions riding and parade group, and was featured in local papers on many occasions for her signature, flashy parade costumes and decor, which she poured countless hours of work and love into.

She loved her family, friends, and animals dearly and devoted her life and whole heart to them. Her laughter and smile were contagious and she will always be remembered for the light, joy, compassion, encouragement, adventure, inspiration and unconditional love she brought into the world and every life she touched.
