Good bye Uncle Buddy. Always remember the time we shared at Grandma Marks house. Meeting some of the family. And uncle Tom and aunt Sue who lived across the street. Didn't get to see you much. But was happy to read about what you and aunt Darlene were missionarys and how you helped people. I myself try to help all that I can.

When Al and Darlene arrived in Fergus Falls little did I know our relationship with this couple would be a turning point in my life. A few years before their arrival my wife and I had married in the Fergus Falls
Salvation Army, but for some reasons we starting to go to another church in town. We met these new Salvation Army officers at a volunteer banquet and they are the reasons I became a senior soldier in the local corps. Al and I became very good friends as my love for the Salvation Army grew. Al and I did so many things together as they are too many to mention here. Al is and has been a man of God who loved people and did so much in and for the Salvation Army. Al you are home now, and well deserving.
