Bobby and Betty were good friends when we lived in Violet Hill in late 1990s. Wonderful people, wonderful friends.
Such wonderful memories of Sunday evenings at their home with friends singing gospel and country music, with guitars, mandolin and sometimes an accordion with Betty at the upright piano.
Elijah and Bobby riding in one of their trucks, Bobby showing Elijah all the sights. Our Blue Heeler rode with them when they went in our truck. Jake and Bobby fought over the window seat. Then for lunch Vienna sausages, saltines and soft drink……..unless they passed a Long John Silver, Bobby’s truck automatically turned in!
So glad we knew you, Betty and your family. Thanks for the memories!
Liz and Pam,
