I am so saddened to hear of the passing of my dear friend, Jimmy. He and I joined the Army together back in November of 1972. We went through basic training together and then AIT in Ft. Hood, Texas. I have many great memories of the time we shared together and will always remember him as a very dear friend. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.

Such a kind man who served his country and community his entire life! The fact there aren’t more people in law enforcement with that Doc Holiday style when it comes to children in harms way is some of why this place is in the mess it’s in. People were actually afraid to get caught by law enforcement back then because you had to answer to people like him, and many just like him. Deepest condolences to his family for the loss. RIP Mr. Ralph.
As 2 Timothy 4:7 promises: You have fought the good fight, You have finished the race and kept the faith. Now there is in store for you the crown of righteousness.
