William Fay ''Moon'' Mullings, Jr., 53 of Paris, Arkansas died Friday, February 2, 2007 in Paris. He was born February 27, 1953 in Paris. He was an employee of the City of Paris since 1992, worked in the oil fields and was a rock mason. He was affiliated with the Paris First Assembly of God Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Fay and Lorene (Vines)) Mullings, SR. Graveside Service was held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 6, 2007 in Oakwood Cemetery-Paris. He was survived by five cousins: Iva Horne, Betty Adams, Jimmy Mullings, Anita Yarbough and Terry Olmstead.
