A final visitation and Mass of Christian Burial for Emogene Lorene Enderlin will be held in St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Conway, Arkansas beginning at 9:00am on Saturday, April 29, 2023.
Emogene, known as "Meme" to those that loved her, passed away surrounded by family and caregivers at the age of 97. She was the daughter of the late Carl and Clara Fiddler of Conway. She was a native of Vilonia, Arkansas and most recently a resident of Lafayette, Louisiana. Her heart was most full when surrounded by her family, filled with laughter and memories.
Survivors include her two sons, Albert Steven and wife, Joy Enderlin of The Villages, Florida and Timothy Allen and wife, Jill Enderlin of Lafayette, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Erik, Jennifer, Megan and Alex; as well as five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and the father of her children, Albert Peter Enderlin and her husband, JR Leach.
Interment will take place at Crestlawn Memorial Park, Conway.
The family requests that charitable donations be considered in-lieu of flowers.
The family would also like to thank the staff at Courtyard Manor Nursing home in Lafayette, LA and Hospice of Acadiana for the loving care they provided.

Emogene was one of the prettiest women I’ve ever seen. Or known.She was beautiful inside and out! She will certainly be missed by all. Prayers go out to her family and close friends. We will meet again on the other side and our hearts will rejoice.
My condolences on the passing of Emogene. I worked with her at the Bank of Trumann in the 1970s. She was a lovely lady.

Mrs. Emogene, Thank you for the years of kindness, love and compassion shared with me and my family. I remember the years and our visits. I couldn't wait to have your cooking, Mr. Hap's pickled green tomato, the skillet corn, your duck and rice with all the extras. It was a real treat!
