Dr. Covington was a brilliant, confident professional. She was so beautiful, kind and generous, I'm saddened you left this world, so young. I will always remember our conversations, serious or silly, I will never forget your smile and all the laughing we did.You touched so many lives and made a difference in the best of ways. It was an honor meeting you and to be able to work with you. I love you Brenda, you will be forever missed.
It was time for my World Trade Center Evaluation and discovered that Dr. Covington had died. I want to express my sincere condolences to the family as Dr. Covington was such a caring individual. Although I saw her once a year, she made you feel like she had always known you and took time to listen. The prints and posters in her clinic reflected her faith in God and were always uplifting to read. She has touched countless lives in many ways and this fact will always be a comfort to the family and her friends.
Just learned of this ! My prayers go to the Family and Friends she was a great Dr. And Friend . she will be missed dearly !
My heart is saddened ! R.I.P.

I was searching for Dr. Covington's address on Google and came across this and was SHOCKED! Dr. Covington was my Worker's Comp doctor when I herniated a disk in my back, and one of the only doctor's to actually listen to me and go to bat for me with the Worker's Comp board and my employer. She was one of the best doctor's around, very caring and compassionate. I often thought about changing doctors to her as my primary if I didn't live so far away. Dr. Covington, you will be missed..RIP..
Today is a sad Day to hear of the loss of Dr Covington she was a great Friend & Doctor words can not explain the loss. R.I.P. my friend.
It saddened me to learn of Dr. Covington's passing. There are very few doctors who are truly "called" to .minister to their patients. Dr. Covington was one of those special ones. My deepest condolences go out to her family and the staff at her clinic. May God bless and comfort each of you. Jim

Brenda and I went through school together and played many years of softball. So proud of all her achievements. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
Beautiful Memorial service. Listening to the song "I can only imagine" brought peace as I imagined you walking with Jesus. I know you are proud of Ryan for the strength it took to speak of your life and bring laughter and comfort to us all. YOU did make a difference in this world through everything you did, and everyone that knew you can attest to that. Enjoy your dance with Jesus and sing the theme song to
Gilligan's Island during the dance. XOXO.
We loved Brenda so much. She taught our daughter's Sunday school class for a year and a half. She was so loving to our daughter that our daughter would want to stay there instead of going home with us. She is deeply missed!
Brenda was such a loving person inside and out. I will greatly miss you.
She was an awesome Lady took care of all my cuts & scrapes from work & then became my personal physician, I will miss her dearly.

Sending prayers for peace and comfort to Brenda's family and friends. I knew Brenda in high school and remember that she was always smiling and optimistic in spirit. I can see that she carried that with her into her adult life and career. I'm so sorry to know that she has left us so soon. May she rest in peace.

Although I did not have the pleasure of meeting her I can testify she raised a awesome daughter therefore showing all that knows Renee knows she must have had a beautiful mother. My heart breaks for the family. When I lost my mom I finally decided she was my guardian angel n I see her in so many things and people everyday. Hopefully the family will too see her as their angel, unable to touch and hold but the memories of smell, laughter, comments n sightening will bring you pleasure. I will be here for you nana.

My precious friend and sister I never had, I will miss you every day until we meet again. Your genuine concern, generosity and affection for everyone you encountered blessed many far beyond what you ever knew. You rest now. I will hug your youngest for you tonight. He told me he wants to make you proud. Loving mother, dearest friend, 'Doc of the Rock' ... I love you my sister.

Brenda was a good friend and excellent doctor! She will be missed by many patients and local companies such as Welspun. She gave each individual that she treated special attention and always brightened their day with her glowing smile. Brenda's clinic showed her love and devotion to Christ. Her unselfish donation of time and attention to the medical needs of the poor in the local area as will as those she treated on her mission trips demonstrate her true caring for others! I will truly miss her on a professional and personal level. I have been blessed for having known her!
My very best friend and neighbor, I will miss you every day for the rest of my life. I will love and cherish what I have from you and I will always be here for the kids if they need anything. I love you, BFF and will keep you in my heart forever.

Cindy, Rodney, & Ms.Peggy, I'm truly blessed to have known your family for 40+ years and am so saddened by the loss of Brenda. She, like yourselves, was an amazing individual who always put others before herself. She was truly one of the most caring, sincere, and giving people I have ever met. May she find the eternal peace she was seeking and may your family begin the process of healing. Love to you all!
So sorry to hear of the passing of Brenda. I always knew her as Rodney's older sister when we were growing up. Back in 2002 after my mom had passed, we stayed in her house until I sold it & there were no kids in the neighborhood. She invited Blake over a few times for playdates with Ryan (they were 9-10 yrs old). I was always thankful for that. May she rest in peace knowing how many times she touched people in a positive way. Thoughts & prayers to her mom, sister, brother, & children.
Prayers for the family, though went to same High school didnt know her well, but I am sorry for her lose and prayers for the family.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to your family. May God grant you peace and comfort in your memories of Brenda.
Sincerely,
Mark, Lisa & Skylar Costa

I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Dr. Covington, but I also called her my friend. She was a great person, very dedicated and caring. I know she loved the Lord, so I will see her again. I am praying for her family and friends.
With great respects to a gifted physician and a caring person.
Doc, you have been a wonderful friend to me as well as my doctor for many years. I will miss our talks and our texts. Words cannot describe how much I will miss you, but I know I will see you again someday. I will continue to pray for your children and family. Rest in Jesus arms till we meet again my beloved friend.
To the family of Dr Brenda Covington, I'm so sorry for your loss. I know her as my doctor and as a friend. I always enjoyed talking the Bible with her.
To Brenda's immediate and extended family.
Dear cousin, no words can express the sadness and giant hole in everyone's heart, who ever knew and loved you. I hope if you didn't see or feel that love while here on earth, you somehow can see and feel it now. Your loving care you gave your family, patients, and the impoverished people you so selflessly helped on your mission trips will leave a smile in our hearts forever.
The day you were born GOD put an Angel on this earth, and now his Angel is back home.
I love you and your family beyond words.
Rest Peacefully Sweet Brenda.
Brenda was that special one of a kind person. She brought light into everyones life she touched. Words cannot descibe my families heart break right now. Prayers for Matt, Ryan, Renae, Peggy, and the rest of the family. We've shared a lot of good times Brenda over the years and one day we will we'll meet each other again. Until then, you will always be in our thoughts.
Renee, Ryan & Matthew and the rest of Brenda's family. You are all in my warmest thoughts and prayers.
I first met Brenda in 1998. She was a friend, doctor and even my employer at one point. She was well loved by so many and will be truly missed. With love and light, she's with the Angels now. ^i^
My heart and prayers go out to the family. Brenda was a wonderful doctor who was much loved and respected by both my husband and myself, as well as many other patients she had from Dassault Falcon Jet. She suspected that I had RA when no one else was sure what it was and consoled and encouraged me when she had to confirm that diagnosis. She was also key in getting my husband the emergency treatment he needed very late one afternoon when many doctors would have called it a day and sent us to the ER. She got my husband immediately admitted to Baptist and insured he had the immediate treatment he needed. She was a talented and caring physician that treated her patients physical and spiritual needs. As great as her loss is to the community, I know it pales in comparison to the loss her family and friends are experiencing. Please know that she was greatly loved and will be greatly missed by many. May God bless and comfort you during this terrible loss.
Prayers for the family. My heart aches for you all. May God give you peace in this time of pain.
Dear family, my heart aches for your loss. Please know that my thoughts & prayers are with you.
I met Doc in 2000 when she became my doctor & friend while at her practice in Bryant. It was then that I got to know a woman that had a passion for what she was doing and always went above and beyond to care for her patients, taking the time to even check on me, after hours, to make sure I was ok. She was someone that I could tell anything to, sharing laughter, tears & prayer. A beautiful soul that I loved dearly, had so much respect for & will miss more than words can ever express.
Just can't put into words the way I feel, you were such a great friend and I will miss you forever. I know that God has a special place for you. You will also be in my heart always.
You will be greatly missed. You were always there for my family. I have a lot of great memories. My God be with your sons and daughter. May God comfort your mother, brother and sister. Now God has another great angel at his side.
Cindy, Tony, Peggy,Renee, Ryan and Matthew,
Our heart hurts for you. We cannot imagine your pain. I played ball at Geyer Springs against Cindy for many years. Then I was fortunate enough to play softball along with Brenda. She was always kind. Always positive. Shared many trips in caravans to softball tournaments while she studied profusely in the car and between games to make sure she achieved her goal of becoming a physician. What an awesome "doc" she was- For my girls and myself, husband and sister. Brendan diagnosed my sisters liver cancer- was at her funeral and at my mothers a few weeks ago. Brenda was truly an angel with all that she did for people she loved whether it be as a physician, mother, sister, counselor or a missionary. We are blessed to have had her in our lives. Continued prayers for your family as you deal with these painful days ahead.
Words cannot describe how I feel! R.I.P.
I grew up with Brenda and attended school with her from elementary through graduation and worked with her at Service Merchandise. We played sports together in our early years. She was a true achiever and very intelligent. More than that, she had many friends. Prayers go to her family that God will comfort them in their grieving.
Heaven Is a lot brighter now with you in it. You made this world better when you were here. You are and will be missed until we see each other in heaven. Sleep well my sister in Christ.
Brenda was a wonderful person and took care of a lot of us out at Falcon Jet. She was always the first one I tried to go to when I needed a doctor for so many years. My deepest sympathies and condolences to her family and friends-she will be greatly missed...
What a great loss of such a wonderful Doctor. Fond memories of you as a little girl, and teenager playing softball with our girls at Geyer Springs ball park, and then later watching you and Cindy play at Interstate ball park. You have left a great legacy for your Family and Friends. Our Thoughts and Prayers are with your Family at this very difficult time. Dr. Brenda Covington you will be missed by so many.
Praying for your peace and comfort. Lean on the Lord and he will wrap you up in his loving arms. May the memories you all share help with the pain and lose of Brenda, Will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.
