Mr. Davis served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer for Affiliated Foods Southwest, Inc. Even though I didn't work for Jerry but one year, he was one of the nicest men a have ever known. Mr. Davis was always fair to me & he understood the retail side of the grocery business. ( While at Affiliated I ran the company owned stores just prior to the Harvest purcahse). Jerry was an extremely fair boss and the only reason I left Affiliated was several of my family members were getting old and I had to move back to Springdale. There will never be another Jerry Davis and Affilliated will never be the same. My God be with you. Bob Downum

Very early in Jerry's life he worked for my Dad, O.E. Fiser, in Daddy's grocery store on High Street in LR. It seems only proper that my family extend their sympathy to Jerry's family. May God bless and keep you and sustain you in the days ahead. With love in Christ, Kay Fiser Gillis
