I've known Kathie since I was around 3 or 4 years old! She wasn't just my stepmom she was the mom that stepped up. We had some fun times that led to great memories. We had some hard times that led to life lessons. Even after she was legally no longer "stepmom"' we still talked, I visited as much as I could and we always ended conversations with love yours. Her leaving this earth is heart breaking and painful but knowing she is no longer hurting makes me smile! Heaven gained an amazing, strong, caring and beautiful soul! Love you Kathie.
Christine and family, please know that if there is anything you need just let me know! I love you sis!
Kathie has a special, heavenly soul. I shall miss her very much but take some comfort in knowing she's with her parents and friends that have passed. I'm so grateful she came into my life.
Sending lots of love to Christine and the children in the loss of her precious mother. I went to high school with Kathie. We became friends on Facebook and got to know each other so much better. I admire her faith, her passion and her drive. She was compassionate toward those in need and so totally in love with her grands. We miss her already.
I'm so sorry for your loss
Mom! I’m sorry! I love you mom. You are my bestfriend and I owe you my whole life. I know that you loved me with whole heart and you loved your grandchildren with everything you had. You would do anything for anyone. Thank you for talking to me everyday for 39 years. There is nothing anyone could ever do or say to damage the relationship that we had. I hope and pray I spend eternity with you to make up for the life we lived on earth that was so awful and a struggle at times. I wish I could have fulfilled all and any of your dreams and goals. I’m sorry if I let you down ever. I have only love true unconditional love for you mom. Thank you for being my mom and the journey you lead me through. You taught me how to love and be a fighter. You are truly a saint in my mind. I love u mom to infinity and beyond!
