I've known Carol Burdyshaw for at least 34 years. My son, Justin rode her bus to school quite a few years.
I'm sure her time as a Westside bus drive tried her patience knowing how rowdy the kiddos could be; but I'm sure she handled it well, as she held the position for so long. I commend her service there.
I'd see her around town after my son graduated and she'd give me a big hug and always ask about him. She had a big heart.
I am sending heartfelt sympathy to her loved ones she left behind and I know they will keep her in their hearts forever and cherish great times they were fortunate enough to have for so long. We're never ready to say "Goodbye", but we do with broken hearts. May GOD bless you all and give you the solace you all need at this most sad time. REST IN PEACE, CAROL...
Praying for the family. She was a precious lady I sat beside her while we were at dialysis together. She was a very loving and caring lady. I will miss or talks dearly
Praying for comfort for all Carol's family. I worked with Carol as a bus driver and enjoyed her cooking! She considered me one of her kids! If I needed a hug for a bad day she hugged me.
