Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Friend
Ralph Edwin Jackson, 81, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family.
Ralph was a man of integrity, hard work and timeless style. He was deeply respected by his family, friends and colleagues, earning admiration not only for his strong work ethic but also for the kindness and wisdom he shared so freely. Whether in his professional life or among loved ones, Ralph's steady presence and unwavering dedication left a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to know him.
He shared a lifetime of love and partnership with his devoted wife, Toy Jackson and together they built a beautiful family. Ralph was a proud father to his four children: Christine Thomas (Wade Thomas), Stormy Clevenger (Steve Clevenger), Cindi Karl and Cory Jackson. His love extended to his nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren, who will forever cherish the lessons he taught and the warmth he brought into their lives.
Beyond his strong character and work ethic, Ralph was also known for his impeccable sense of style. Whether dressing for an occasion or simply carrying himself with confidence, he had a presence that was both distinguished and effortlessly charming.
Ralph's legacy is one of love, hard work and respect-values he lived by every day. Though his physical presence will be missed, his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
A celebration of Ralph's life will be held at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 I-30, Little Rock 72209, where family and friends will gather to honor his memory on Friday, February 28, 2025 with burial to Follow at Forest Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00pm until 8:00pm Thursday, February 27, 2025 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home.

We first met Ralph when shopping for men’s clothes at Jos. A. Banks, where Ralph was manager. He would always greet us as if family, smile, and say let’s dress this man up. And that he did. Whatever occasion I had to attend I could count on Ralph to help dress for the occasion. He loved his cars and we would always engage in conversation about his Corvette or Cadillac. One was usually parked in front, that’s how we knew Ralph was in today.
Over time we became good friends and we could see how fortunate he was to have Toy by his side. It is with great sadness to learn of his passing. He will be missed. But his kindness and generosity will live on in all who knew him.

Ralph was a colleague and friend for over 40 years. Ralph exuded optimism and enthusiasm and it was contagious. No matter how your day was going, 5 minutes with Ralph made you feel just a bit lighter on your feet! I will miss my friend but will carry his many lessons with me.

Hard to believe Ralph is gone! I felt like he would live forever! I will never forget how generous he was (Toy too) opening his home for our wedding shower and always treating me like all the rest of the kids while I was growing up. I was always appreciative of his fabulous and amazing sense of style, and loved going with you all to your trip to New York. I am so glad I got to spend extra time with you these past few years when you flew into Little Rock. Having known Ralph both professionally and personally for over 40 years, I can say I have never met a more dedicated and caring man I have had the privilege to call friend. Although separated by geography, we maintained a friendship over the years because Ralph was that special kind of person that made you want to be a part of his life. It's been said that one is fortunate to be ablr to count your number of true friends on one hand. For me, Ralph was one of those. A true gentleman and a good friend. My thoughts are with you, buddy.

My father worked with Ralph when I was growing up at Gwatney, and I don't ever remember a time before knowing Ralph. He was always the kindest, friendliest, respectful, well dressed man. He was such an inspiration with his gentle spirit and friendly smile and demeanor, no matter the circumstance. He was a great influence and mentor on my daddy and always saw the best and greatness in people. I'm so thankful our family got to know him and so sad to hear of this great loss in the world. Praying his light and love shine on through those that knew him best. Praying for all of his family.
