William ''Bill'' Bullock, 84, of Waldron, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2025 in Waldron. He was born on November 29, 1940 on Calico Mountain to his parents, John Cebron and Etta Ethyl (Simmons) Bullock.

Bill was retired from the United States Army having served in the Vietnam War and spent time in both Korea and Germany. He was a certified electrician and a skilled craftsman having built many houses from the ground up. He enjoyed his horses, raising his Rottweiler dogs, prospecting and took great pride in maintain his garden. But most of all he loved spending time with all of his family.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two sisters, Mildred Etta Estep and Wanda Mae Stevens and four brothers, Hayden Marshall Bullock, John Carl Bullock, Robert Albert Bullock and David Ross Bullock;

He is survived by his wife of almost 41 years, Catherine Rae (Derr) Bullock of Waldron; three daughters, Debra Renee Fink of Dardanelle, Tammy Jo Wigton of Russellville and Lorie Ray Martin and husband, Cody of Waldron; one son, Joseph Edgar Wigton II and wife, Angee of Pennsylvania; three sisters, Delia Marie Bates of Warren, Texas, Audrey Evelyn Johnson of Barling and Elsie Ruth Craft of Georgetown, Texas; one brother, Howard Clayton Bullock and wife, Brenda of Paris; 12 grandchildren, Corey Fink, Megan Fowler, Kelcie Mezzaline, Kristina Brown, Devon French, Aubrey Deer, Faith Martin, Caleb Martin, Colton Martin, Jake Wigton, Zach Wigton and Joei Wigton; 12 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Keith Bullock. Burial will follow in Cook Cemetery on Calico Mountain under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Caleb Martin, Cody Martin, Corey Fink, Colton Martin, Andy Chang and Cole Huddleston.

Honorary pallbearers will be his son Joseph Wigton II, Jake Wigton and Zach Wigton.
