Richard Darrell Gregory, beloved husband, father, son and brother, passed away, leaving behind a lifetime of cherished memories and a family who will miss him dearly.
Born to Janice Lacefield Gregory and Morris Gregory Jr., Richard was a man of strength, resilience and deep love for those closest to him. His presence brought warmth and wisdom to all who knew him.
Richard is survived by his wife, Lisa Gregory; his mother, Janice Lacefield Gregory and his siblings, Johnny Bowden, Rosie Carr, Duane and Rhonda McCord, Donald and Ginger Bowden, Randy Davenport, Billy Davenport, Teresa and Robert Seaton and Cindy Grigsby.
He was a devoted father to his three daughters, Erin Gregory, Rascha Gregory and Emily (Justin) Russell and a loving grandfather to Adaline Bourland and Kowen Russell, who will carry on his legacy with love and remembrance.
He is preceded in death by his father, Morris Gregory and his brother, Russell Gregory, who now welcome him into eternal rest.
Richard will be remembered for his unwavering love for his family, his kindness and the mark he left on the lives he touched. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
Pallbearers will be Tyler Lacefield, Dayton Grigsby, Shane Donahue, Mike Green, Chris Worstell, Robert Kendrick, Billy Mac Davenport Jr. and Carson McGee.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Gather Lacefield, Jon Sanders, Johnny Lacefield and Jeffery Peoples.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A service to honor Richard's life will be held on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Lexa Baptist Church in Lexa, Arkansas. Interment will follow at Turner Cemetery. Brother Nathan Perry and Brother Hunter Lacefield will officiate.
