A good man is gone, but Jon was so blessed, he brightened every ones spirit with his calm voice. He would talk your ear off if you let him. He was very passionate about God and having a deep relationship with Him. I seen Jon the day of before him dying, he was in and out, but still talking to you. Was saddened when got the news. I got to say good bye. We will deeply miss you Jon. But your walking and enjoying every minute.

On Feb. 4th Mr Jesus (as Jon aways called him) came and took Jon home to the eternal life he justly deserved. Jon not only studied and spread the Gospel, He lived it every day. We have been real friends since high school and was always proud to know and share life experiences with him.
He would always put others first and would forgive those who would be less than fair. Life will be different now, but it is not goodby, it is "have a good trip and we'll see you at our graduation"

Jon Gambold was a very nice man. As nice as he was, he was even more smart and interesting. He was a Christ-centered man and there was never any doubt about his commitment to caring for others. I am thankful for men like Jon who don't only entertain us with good words but lead us by good examples. I enjoyed my visits with Jon and I am thankful that the Lord crossed our paths. Until I see Jon again someday in Heaven, I will miss him.
