of Mountain Home, AR
July 3, 1964 - January 24, 2025
Cindy Forest George, 60, of Mountain Home, Arkansas passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025. She was born on July 3, 1964 in Marshall, Arkansas to DeWitt and Nancy George.
Cindy was a force of nature. Words could never describe the effect she had on those who knew her. She enjoyed reading a good thriller novel and writing poetry. She had the voice of an angel, an adventurous spirit and an unforgettable sense of humor. Cindy loved the water; she spent as much time as she could at the lake, pool or beach. She loved spending time with her family and being a grandmother brought her immense joy. She will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on forever in those she loved.
She is survived by her mother; Nancy George; daughter; Hannah (John) Branton; brother; Danny George and grandson, Garrett Branton.
She is preceded in death by her father, DeWitt George.
A visitation will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025 from 2:00-3:00 pm at Roller Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 3:00 pm following the visitation. Interment will be at Baxter Memorial Gardens.
Cindy and I were the best of friends in high school! We were in Rainbow together and spent many hours with her singing and me playing piano at my home. There were so many times that we got so tickled and had a hard time not laughing out loud during times when we were supposed to be quiet. (Like during the Rainbow meetings). She was such a joy to be around and I will always carry wonderful memories of our friendship. Lots of hugs and love to her family.

Nancy, Danny, and family.. I'm so very sorry for you loss. I have great memories of Cindy and you all. May God give you strength and peace through this difficult time.
I had the pleasure of working with Cindy in several different areas at the lab. She made the days so much more enjoyable and fun. We also ventured out a few times to have a little fun time outside work. No matter what was going on in her personal life she was an uplifting person to all. God truly took an angel home. So sorry for her family, who she loved so much and talked about with pride and her friends, but she is dancing and singing in Heaven now and being the life of the party....
Sorry for your loss
Sincere sympathy

Oh my sister/friend,
Where do I start We have been there for each other through the best of times and the darkest of times.
We have had so many fun girl trips. So much laughter, if one of us wouldn't think of it, the other one would. We had a blast over at Midway working on the line. From us hosting the Marge and Barb show, to you announcing a pretend ballgame. From singing The 12 Days of Baxter. Yodeling for Charels Craig. Playing Family Fued on the line. You and I getting called down in a meeting. Bahahaha! You made work so much fun. Girl I miss you so, so much. I love you my sweet friend.
Cindy was a joy to work with always happy. Praying for all her family and friends. RIP Cindy

Cindy was always a joy to work with, she made the days go so much faster. Thoughts and prayers to her family.
It’s been years and years, but as soon as I saw the name, a quick picture of Cindy flashed and I remembered the funniest and nicest redhead in the school. So sorry for your loss - life is so short.
I am so saddened to hear that Cindy has passed. I will miss her. I always enjoyed our yearly visits and our conversations throughout the year. Cindy was a special person. She was so easy going, kind and generous. Please know that she was loved and will be missed very much. Hannah, Cindy was so proud of you. She loved you and Garrett so much! It is nice to know that part of Cindy is still here with us in the two of you. I hope it helps you and Daniel and the rest of the family to know that she was loved and we share the pain of her loss. It comforts me to know that now her smile is helping to light up Heaven, like the way she always brought a little sunshine into my life. Hugs, love and comfort to all of you.
Ms Nancy and Danny, I am so sorry to hear of Cindy’s passing. I remember when y’all lived across the street from us. Cindy and I had so much fun. We used to pretend your front porch was a stage and we were singers. Also riding our brothers mini bikes across the road in Mr Fosters field, when the boys weren’t home :) Those are among some of my favorite memories growing up. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
