Mr Sandy was a kinda and gentle soul I first met with Sandy in 2009 at the freeway medical building where I did dialysis my clinic later years moved to another facility and we lost contact often thought of Mr. Sandy then one morning the Links van now called region rock pulled up in front of my house and low and behold, they said Mr. Sandy it made my day brightened my morning to see him as he did him to hear me and knew who I was share with me a few health issues and he cut his hours down at freeway then he later was moved to a different building to work and on last week 1 March I asked my driver because it had been a while since he and I had been in the same transportation vehicle together had he seen or picked up Mr. Sandy and he said unfortunately I hate to tell you, Mr. Woods, but Mr. Sandy passed away a little over a month ago. It broke my heart to know that such a good guy that I called my friend had passed and I wasn’t able to go and show my final respects to him, but I wanna let you know his family that I will be praying for you and with you during your days to come and maybe one day hopefully we can connect and I can tell you more and express how much Mr. Sandy really meant to a lot of us at the freeway medical building. I do know the Dialysis team I can speak for God bless you all.
Cathy and Family: Sandy was a joy to be around. I was blessed to get to know him when he worked at the Freeway Medical Building in Little Rock. He operated the blind Vending Program Facility (VFP) canteen stand for many years. Sandy wanted to work and loved meeting people. So, the VFP program was perfect for him. Sandy wanted to work and not just sit at home. Later, when the stand at Freeway closed, he accepted an invitation to work with Miss Margaret at her stand at the Arkansas Department of Health (ADH) on Markham Street. He worked until the last time that he entered the hospital. Sandy enjoyed people and people enjoyed being around him. Sandy will be greatly missed by all! May Sandy Rest in the Peace of Christ with all of our Loved Ones who have ascended to Heaven. Reginald Rogers Arkansas Department of Health Office of Legal Counsel
I was so saddened to hear of Sandy’s passing. He always held a special place in my heart as did his mother. He was in my first class at ASB. He brings a smile to my face when I hear his name. He was a fine boy and became a very good man.
We will miss our dear friend. He was a long standing member of our Quazar Chapter for Arkansas Council of the Blind. May God be with each of us as we pass through this season of grief.
I want to give my condolences to family of Sandy Rowland. He will be greatly missed. God bless.
Cathy, I did not know Sandy. I only met him maybe once or twice. I am so sorry for your loss. I have known you for a long time. May God bless and keep you.

Cathy I am very sorry for your loss. Since we lived in NWA we only met Sandy at a couple of state conventions. Never got to know you very well. But he sounds like he was a wonderful friend and husband. Prayers for you and your family.
Sandy and I were very close friends for 22 years! I met Sandy while I was working at Health Facilities for the State of Arkansas. We became good friends almost immediately. Sandy was always positive and cheerful. Sandy loved the Lord and his wife, Cathy. I will miss him very much. All my love and condolences to Cathy Kerns Rowland.
Cathy,
Don and I are so very sorry for your loss, and the loss of our church. Sandy meant so much to so many people. But, there is no doubt that he will be ringing a heavenly bell as he waits for the rest of us to join him in that glorious Promised Land!
Please know that we are praying for you and your families strength and for the comforting arms of Christ to hold you during the days ahead.
