of Clinton, AR
December 21, 1946 - January 17, 2025
Elizabeth Ellen Sigler (née Garland), a cherished resident of Clinton, Arkansas, has passed away.
Born on December 21, 1947 in Portland, Maine, Beth was the beloved daughter of Florence and Roy Garland. She enjoyed a boisterous New England childhood with her siblings, Connie Flanagan and her husband, Tom Flanagan, Carol Googins and Sissy Gallant. Her siblings, Lucille Cross, Jack Garland, Elaine Garland and Timmy Garland predeceased her.
Beth was the devoted wife of Richard Sigler for nearly thirty years and daughter in law to Vada Sigler and Troy Sigler. Beth's two daughters, Heather Jo Frederick, (partner, Robert Baylis) and Danielle Lee Belleville (husband, Ryan Belleville) provided four grandchildren who enjoyed her adorable silliness and unconditional love, Susanne Elizabeth, John Thomas, Gabrielle Taylor and Benjamin Andrew. The bonus family she received with Rich: son, Jarrod Sigler; grandchildren, Andrea and Carson and daughter, Kellie Sigler and grandchildren, Gavin, Chloe and Gracie, provided Beth with even more family to love.
Beth's unwavering faith and her devotion to a life of service for God led her to First Baptist Church in Center Ridge where she and Rich actively gave of their resources. Beth dedicated much her time to local and global charities and utilized her craftiness to bring joy to others. In addition to faith and family, Beth loved raising cattle, spirited card games and music (especially Elvis Presley).
A memorial service will be held in her honor at 6:00 pm on Friday, February 07, 2025 at the First Baptist Church, 3631 Highway 95, Center Ridge, Arkansas, 72027.
The family hopes that her legacy of love and giving continues in her memory. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to either Operation Christmas Child (https://www.samaritanspurse.org/what-we-do/operation-christmas-child/) or your favorite non-profit organization to perpetuate Beth's lifelong philanthropy.
Beth was my sister...I am so blessed to have such wonderful happy memories together through the years..my best friend, I will miss her so very much.
Just saw the passing of this most wonderful lady. I first met Beth when she and Richard were dating, just getting ready to Marry . We all worked for Jerry Donahue for Conlon Construction. Beth was such a kind giving woman. She was a woman of great integrity, hard working, fun loving. She could be tough when needed but was always fair and caring. She and Richard were always welcoming. Her smile always made you feel so good. She so enjoyed her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed life loved family and friends. Our hearts and prayers go out to Richard, the girls, grandchildren and all the family. May God's grace and tender touch be with you all in the days weeks months ahead.
Love Lynn And Paul
Beth was a volunteer at Food's For Life for a number of years. We appreciated her dedication to the folks in our town that needed a little bit of help with putting food on the table. We appreciated her smile and humor, she was a wonderful Christen Woman and Scott and I will miss her. Our prayers and with the family at this time. All our LOVE
