I use to be one of Boyd's techs when he was at Vantage point, and he would always tell the best stories to everyone, he always had us laughing!
Boyd was a grandfather for me and my brother growing up. Got to fish with him. Also remember good times with him and his family playing Pitch.
Sorry to hear of Mr. Boyds passing. He was a great teller of hunting and fishing stories.
I know many will miss him. Condolences. JR and Doug.
We became neighbors to Boyd and his sister, Joyce, about 3 years ago. Boyd was always happy to sit out under the carport and have a cup of coffee with us. He was friendly and loved our little dog, Charlie. We are saddened that he has passed away and know that he will be missed by his family.
Sorry for your loss. Condolences to the family. I grew up at Cecil Motor Company where Dynamite or Boyd, Dynamite by me was our parts manager for many years. He & I were buddies. We would do the bear walk walk across the show room floor with me standing onto top of his shoes. He loved to fish & hunt & he and my dad did many days. When i got to go with them & got tired Dynamite would carry me. I could go on & on. He will always have a special place in my heart. He was a good friend to the whole Cecil family. Rest in Peace my friend, until we meet again.
My sympathy to you and your family. Prayers going up for you. Love, Lynda Treat.
