James David Kelley, age 57, of Marianna, Arkansas gained his wings on Thursday, January 16, 2025. He was born on Thursday, September 21, 1967 in Helena, Arkansas to the late Butch and Lois Kelley.

James graduated high school in 1986. Right after graduation he enlisted into the Navy where he proudly served until his retirement. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and loved spending time with his family, especially his grand kids.

His loving survivors include his daughters, Stephanie Pelerine (Brandon), Kaiti May, Rachel Kelley and Emily Kelley; brother, Tim Kelley (Linda); bonus children, Darren Meyers, Gina Robinson (Marquez), Derrick Meyers and KP Solley; his fiancé, Tonya Solley of the home and grandchildren, Elijah, Trypp, Kiana, Amelia, Maliah, Alayna, Gianna, Payton and Raphael.

James is preceded in death by his parents, Butch and Lois Kelley.
