Gary Allen Green, 74, of New Blaine, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 in New Blaine. He was born on November 23, 1950 in Paris to his parents, Allen and Imogene (Rice) Green.
Gary worked for many years as the manager of the East Logan County Water Department. In his free time he enjoyed fishing, playing with his beloved dogs, Princess Frances and Itsy and most of all spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Phyllis Green.
He is survived by his wife of over 51 years, Susan (Gottlieb) Green of New Blaine; one daughter, Sarah Vick and husband, Chris of Russellville; one Son, Ben Green of Russellville; one brother, Dan Green and wife, Debbie Hamilton of Seattle Washington and four grandchildren, Cason Green, Laila Vick, Hudson Green and Maverick Vick.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Chris Vick. Burial will follow in Prairie View Cemetery under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Randy Schluterman, Louis Ahrns, James Green, Richard Rice, Anthony Rice and Chris Vick.
Honorary pallbearers will be his grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Gary was more like a brother to me than a brother in law. We used to regularly talk politics on the phone. He was a wonderful husband to my sister Susan. He loved his children and grandchildren. I’ll miss him deeply.
