January 8, 1961 - November 15, 2024
Audrey Faye Harper, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, went home to her Lord and Savior on November 15, 2024, at the age of 63. Born in Pikeville, Kentucky on January 8, 1961, Audrey married Everett Harper on August 30, 1979, and they celebrated 45 wonderful years together.
Audrey was preceded in death by multiple loved ones, including her cherished grandchild, Jasmine Hunter.
She is survived by her husband, Everett Harper; her children, Rebecca Del Cid (Boris), Dorothy Tinsley (Jeff), and Rachael Denney (Jason); her brothers, Billy Stegall, Michael Stegall (Theresa), and sisters Donna Gentry, Sandra Bennett (Toben), and Sunshine Mullins; as well as her grandchildren, Ceicily Denney, Alexis Booth, Brenden Tinsley, Lyrick Denney, Desiree Yancey, Autumn Hunter, and Marley Denney; and great-grandchildren, Emerson Denney and Daxton Martin.
Audrey enjoyed spending time with her family and loved her grandchildren dearly, often spoiling them and happily babysitting. During her free time, she loved to crochet, frequently creating beautiful items for others. Audrey had a passion for plants, and her home was a testament to that love, greeting visitors with a garden-like atmosphere.
In the warmer months, she enjoyed canning, making everything from jellies and salsas to pickles. Audrey will be remembered for her loving spirit, her dedication to her family, and the joy she brought to everyone around her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, November 25, at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made to the American Heart Association in her memory:

Everett, Becky, Dorothy, and Rachel, I just wanted to express my heartfelt condolences to your family. I have always loved Audrey and the impact she made in my young life and on her family. She was always there willing to give advice. My only regret is not visiting more as I grew older. Life gets busy and in times like these it makes you think of all the things you missed. If you guys need anything, all you have to do is let me know. I have been praying for peace and comfort in this time of heartbreak.
With love,
Daniel

She was such a special person. I appreciated her genuine nature and honesty. I will miss sitting behind her at church where I occasionally had to fix a tiny button for her lol. It was there that Lily and I often admired her perfectly fluffed hair and had to resist the urge to touch it! I know she would not have minded if we had. She had a deep and very real trust in the Lord and love for her family and that will be her great legacy. I will miss her.
Mrs. Audrey, Was a wonderful lady I feel very blessed to have known her. Praying for the family.
Everett, I was so sorry to hear of the passing of your wife, Audrey…Your kindness and friendship meant much to my family and me in the years gone by.
Our prayers for God’s comfort and blessings on you and your family now and in the days to come…
Comforted to know I'll see my dear sister again. I pray her memory will be a blessing to all who knew her.
Audrey was a bright spot in a dark world. The world is a better place because she was here. I loved her and will miss her.
I will miss you and love you always Audrey. You were not a sister in law to me but a sister. Even though we didn’t see each other often, due to living so far apart , we did speak frequently. Im so glad you are no longer in pain and so honored to have had you in my life. May God wrap his loving arms around your family, protect and comfort them till we all meet again. Love you all,
Brenda & Jim
