Billy L Ball of West Memphis, Arkansas passed away peacefully at his home on October 12, 2024. He was 86 years old. Billy was born on May 30, 1938 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to his parents, Robert H. Ball and Lina Ball. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert Ball and Lina Graves Ball; 3 brothers, Joe Ball, Robert Ball JR and Shannon Ball; 1 sister, Helen Cooley and 1 niece, Susan Ball.

After Billy graduated from high school, he went on to join the Unites States Marine Corp. He later would leave the Marines and join the workforce, where he worked at Hunt & Wesson oil refinery, from which he ended up retiring. He was a 50 plus year member of the VFW. Billy loved family and spending time with each and every one in his life. He loved to do jigsaw puzzles and gather with his friends. If you didn't find him at the VFW, his family would say to check the lake somewhere. Billy enjoyed being out on the water racing boats.

Billy is survived by a companion, Adelaida Delvany, 4 nieces and 4 nephews. Billy will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Graveside services will be held for Billy at Crittenden Memorial Park Cemetery in Marion, Arkansas on Monday, October 21, 2024 at 11:00am.
