I got to know Don over the last few years and always looked forward to seeing him and hoping he would tell me a story. He was a very easy guy to look up too. Gonna miss seeing him and talking to him. He had all the good traits in a person. Prayers to his family and friends.
Don was my best friend and the closest thing to a Brother that I ever had. We served in the Air Force at several different locations throughout our military careers. Don was epitome of a gentleman, a patriot and a Man of God. He dearly loved his lovely wife, his children and his grandchildren. His passing will leave a huge hole in my life and I will cherish my memories of him and our friendship forever. Until we meet again, Brother! I love you.
We are so sorry for the loss of our friend and next door neighbor,Don. Our heart goes out to Sherrilyn(Sam) and to his children and grandchildren. We will all miss him greatly, but we know that he is in the hands of our Lord and Savior, Jesus, the Christ.
