Carline Fuqua Turner passed away, September 21, 2024, at 94 yrs. of age.
She was alumni of UT Martin and had a career as Reference Librarian at UTM until her retirement in 1980.
She married a widower, David Turner who was also UTM alumni. She became another mother to three teenagers, Tina, Tab and Tony and is dearly loved by her 4 grandchildren who in time gave her 13 great-grandchildren. She lived her last 6 years with Tina and Keith Camp in Ben Wheeler, Texas.
She kept up with childhood friends, was a special neighbor to the elderly and loved time spent playing games with sisters in Christ. She always made friends easily even when she and David moved to Conway, AR for 2 years. She was especially loved by new friends made in the Teel church of Christ in Canton, TX. She looked for a heavenly home and now rests from her labors.
Graveside service is October 19, 2 pm at Crestlawn Memorial Park, Conway, AR.

Sending condolences to Caroline Fuqua Turner's family. She was a 1948 graduate of Martin High School. I have just learned of her death, though I had a few fun MHS conversations with her several years ago. I have now entered her name in the MHS virtual cemetery on FindAGrave. Nancy MHS 1968
