Janis Lee Scrape, age 72, of Judsonia, AR went to her heavenly home on September 26, 2024. She was born on July 29, 1952 to Bonnie Jean and L. E. Spencer Sr. in Lepanto, AR.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Lee Scrape; two sons, Justin (Kc) of Horseshoe Lake, AR and Alex (Jessica) of Judsonia, AR; seven grandchildren, (Justin) Brendan, Christian, Lily, Allie, (Alex) Fallan, Clay and Ellie and four brothers, L. E. Spencer Jr., David (Kim) Spencer, Jeff (Susan) Spencer and Robert (Stephanie) Spencer.
She is preceded in death by her birth mother, Bonnie Jean Spencer; her father, L.E. Spencer, Sr. and her mother of 70 years, Mamie Sue Spencer.
Jan graduated from West Memphis High School in 1969. She worked for Memphis Office Supply for 20 years, West Memphis Flash Market, Memphis Security Systems and Director of Operations of JAG machine works for 15 years. Though her most cherished job of all was being a Mother and a Grams.
A memorial service will be held at 10 AM on Friday, October 4, 2024 at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home in Searcy.
