I have such fond memories of Martha at Blue Ribbon. I was SET on some shoes for graduation that were ridiculous and I remember her giving me one of her Martha looks. She knew those shoes were going to be a disaster peeking out of that gown and sure enough- they were. She was right, I should've listened to her! I loved chatting with her in the store and she was a staple of my childhood and teen years while purchasing shoes.

It was a joy Living nextdoor to Leroy and Martha for many years. Food and fellowship were exchanged often. Trish would beg me to bake her some peanut butter cookies. We also got much needed advice on plants and gardening. They were definitely one of a kind.

Martha will be greatly missed. I had worked with Martha around 13 years. Martha was a very hard worker and she would let you know if anything was wrong or out of place. She would bring a smile to my face every day with her words of wisdom. I know she is in a better place now. Martha is reunited with her family in heaven but she will be missed greatly by the ones still here on earth.

Dear family, We send our deepest sympathies in the passing of Martha. She and Leroy were among the first folks we met when we moved to Conway almost fifty years ago. They were both good hard-working Christian people. They were also long-time members of the Pathfinder Class at Antioch Baptist Church, which I taught for twenty plus years. Our love and prayers to all you.

I got to know Martha when I worked at Holiday Inn with LeRoy and Trish. She was a very special lady with a great sense of humor! She also sold me the best work shoes Ever! I worked in Sales and the restaurant and she explained how important taking care of my feet were. Prayers to all that knew her!
