Patricia Marie Moore, a lifelong resident of Turrell, Arkansas died Friday, September 6, 2024 at the age of 94. She was born June 19, 1930 in Turrell, Arkansas. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Llyod and Mary Wampler; her husband, Willis Benton Moore Jr.; her sisters, Evelyn Horton and Mary Llyod Young; her children, Willis Benton Moore III and Leila Moore Hood and a grandson, Neil Nelson.
Pat was a devout Christian woman that read her Bible daily. She was a member of The Wilson Methodist Church. Up until the end, Ms. Pat or Nanny, as she was affectionately known, maintained her kindness, grace and compassion for others. Her pride and joy were her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her love for family and friends and her generous heart. She blessed those around her with her kindness and expressed gratitude for the many blessings in her life. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Pat is survived by her son, James Moore (Nancy); son-in-law, Harrison Hood; granddaughters, Tricia Nelson, Alison Moore Wilson (Paul), Ashley Moore Jeter (Brandon), Morgan Nelson Johns (Kevin); great grandchildren, Wynn Wilson, Mary Benton Wilson, Hollis Wilson, Kinley Jeter, Hadley Jeter, Julia Johns, Emily Johns, Stevie Johns and many extended family members.
The family would like to thank the entire staff at Willowbend and Dierkson Hospice for their care and comfort of Pat and her family in her final days.

Services will be held at New Beginnings Methodist Church on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. Visitation will begin at 11:00am with the funeral services to follow at 12:00pm and interment will be at Crittenden Memorial Park.
