So sorry to hear Ann Lynn has passed. We had recently reconnected after a long absence and myself and other extended cousins were so happy to catch up with her and reminisce about fond family memories. I remembered Ann Lynn as a joyful person and she still was even in the face of many challenges. Rest In Peace now and we will meet again.
Betty, Shari and Wendy extend a heartfelt thank you to Ann Lynn’s friends, neighbors and granddaughter for your care of her. She spoke so fondly of many of you. She loved and appreciated and bragged on you.
Ann and Claude Griffin were some of the original homeowners on our street when we moved in 30 years ago. Their grandchildren played with our oldest children. They were always so kind to our family and they loved our four kids so much. We have had lots of fun memories to look back on: Claude loved his fishing, Ann loved her flowers, and they both loved their family passionately. They were such good neighbors to us, always watching out for others…like neighbors used to do. Recent years have brought much sadness and heartache for Ann as she lost the love of her life Claude, then their only son Bruce, and finally her precious Rachel. With her declining health in recent years, she was blessed to have loving neighbors and family. (Especially Kathy & Donna & Michelle) Truly displaying the hands & feet of Jesus, these ladies saw Ann through some tough days and got her settled in a lovely assisted living that she enjoyed and she was able to visit with others there. Her final years were happy living there. This photo of her displays the beauty of this friend so well. May she rest eternally at peace with her Savior, Jesus Christ. See you again one day, Ann!
I brought communion to Ann at Willow Grove. I am deeply saddened to learn of her passing. I so enjoyed visiting with her. May sweet Ann rest in eternal peace and may perpetual light shine upon her.
I was so sorry to hear about Ann's passing. She was a very sweet person. We worked together at Dillard's for several years. I was blessed to have known her.
