Leon Marshall Poley, 81, of Jonesboro, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at St. Bernard's Medical Center. He was born February 1, 1943 and raised by his grandmother, Hester Hendryx. Leon served in the Army and worked for the Jonesboro Police Department as a sergeant and detective. He enjoyed shooting and collecting guns, riding and raising horses and teaching Conceal to Carry classes.

Preceding him in death are his wife, Jackie Jefferson Poley and his infant son.

Those left to cherish the memory of Leon are his daughter, Feather Linn, friends and neighbors.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at 2:00pm located at Keesee Cemetery, 16767-17487 AR-14, Yellville, AR 72687.
