Carol Ann Cruthis, age 72, of Little Rock, AR passed away Thursday, August 29, 2024. She was born February 14, 1952 in Poplar Bluff, MO. She attended nursing training at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis where she met her husband of 50 years. She then went on to obtain her nurse anesthetist training at St. Vincent Medical Center in 1974.
She loved traveling, scuba diving, quilt making, snow skiing and horseback riding.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold Tinsley and Peggy Walker Tinsley. She is survived by her loving husband, Stan Cruthis of Little Rock, AR; sister, Jackie Merriman (Gene) of Poplar Bluff, MO and extended family.
A funeral service honoring Carol will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, September 1, 2024 at Roller Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 I-30, Little Rock, AR. A visitation will follow the service. In Lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Jude Research Center in Memphis, TN.
