Randall McPherson, 75, of Mayflower, AR went to be with the Lord, August 18, 2024. He was born September 27, 1948 in Conway, AR to the late Ennis Lee and Floy Mae McPherson. He was also preceded in death by 4 brothers, Royce, Rayburn, David and Timmy McPherson.
After serving in the Korean War, Randall pursued a career in automotive and collision repair where he worked for over 50 years. He loved playing with his guns, shooting and spending time with his wife and family. He also loved spending time with his grand and great grandkids, they all called him Pop-Pop. Randall was a faithful member of the Pentecostal Lighthouse Church of NLR.
Randall is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Patricia; 3 sons, Randy (Jo), Brock (Amy) both of Mayflower, Jason (Sonja) of Vilonia; 2 sisters, Judy Burgess, Carolyn Gilbreath of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Paige, Katie, Hailie, Savanna, Austyn, Arianna, Gracie and 6 great-grandchildren, Augustus, Brantley, Bryden, Brysen, Collins and Bayllor.
There will be a 10:00am visitation on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at Roller McNutt Funeral Home, followed by funeral services at 11:00am with Pastor Terry Turner officiating. The burial will follow at Mayflower Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Royce McPherson Jr, Bryan McPherson, Bob Edwards Jr, Jake Edwards, Justin Dillion, Austyn McPherson and longtime friend and honorary pallbearer Jimmy Daves.
I am so sorry for your loss Randy. I only got to visit with your daddy a few times but he was the real deal, RIP Randall.
