Kenneth Eugene Allison, Sr., age 85, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Monday, August 12, 2024. He was born on November 10, 1938 in Gadsden, AL to his late parents, Goldie Louise Frazier and John Benjamin Jenkins Jr.. He is preceded in death by his wives, Sybil (mother of his children) and Ruthann Varner Allison and one sister, Sylvia Reber.

He is survived by his son, Kenneth Allison Jr. (Sharon Zimmerman); grandson, Kenneth Allison Trey, III (Jamie; granddaughter, Bailey Allison Hutcheson (Justin) and great-grandsons, Brody Atkinson and Spencer Hutcheson and Justin Allison. In addition, he is also survived by his son, John Wesley Allison (Sarah) and two siblings, John Benjamin Jenkins, III (Renate) and Gail Dowling (Bob, deceased).

After moving to Columbus, Georgia, he spent many years with and retired from Sears Roebuck. One of his greatest achievements was that of Scoutmaster of Troop 395 in Little Rock, AR, where he developed countless boys into young men. He loved Scouting and his family. In this he truly experienced a life well lived. He leaves behind many friends, nieces, nephews and cousins to treasure his memory.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. In his honor, any donations can be made to the Boy Scouts of America.
