Terry Camp, age 83 years, born September 28, 1940, in Omaha, NE to Delmar L. Camp and Frances (Palmerton) Camp died when his car collided with a truck in Boone County, AR, early Thursday, June 20. He was transported to the North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison, AR, and later died from his injuries.

Terry graduated from Council Bluffs Thomas Jefferson High School with the class of 1959.

Terry was a past State Commander for AMVETS, United States Army Reserve Military Police Sergeant for six years in Arlington, TX, a self-employed window treatment installer, he worked on an oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico, owned Camp Fire Extinguisher Insurance Company in Harrison, AR, and owned Camp Knife and Cutlery Sharpening in Lead Hill, AR.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Susan Carol (Coffin TJ '63) Camp; sister, Deborah Lynn (TJ '73) Camp; daughter, Carol Camp; brother, Kevin (TJ '79) Camp and brother-in-law, David Clark.

He is survived by his sister, Dawn L. (TJ '82) Clark of Council Bluffs, IA.

Terry was an organ donor and his wishes were to be cremated with a private family service in Arkansas at a later date.

Terry was also a board member of the Lead Hill Vol. Fire Department.
