Marilyn Kay Sims Tittle, 82, of Little Rock, AR, went to be with the Lord, July 10, 2024. She was born July 22, 1941 in Santa Rita, New Mexico to Lester Milton and Gladys Kathleen Sims. Kay was preceded in death by her husband, Tommie Lee Tittle and her parents.
Kay was born in New Mexico but returned to Arkansas, where she spent the rest of her life. She graduated from South Side High School in Damascus in 1959. She worked as a phone operator for Southwestern Bell from 1959- 1960, she moved to Little Rock and worked until 1976. She married Tommie Tittle in 1976. Kay graduated from the Baptist School of Nursing in 1982. She worked as a nurse at Baptist Rehab in 1983 and helped make the move to their present location in 1985 and continued until retirement in 2012. Kay also did some volunteer nursing in the Philippines on many occasions.
Kay is survived by her cousins; Sandra L. and Kevin Choat of Little Rock, Arkansas, Jennifer R. Midkiff of Charlotte, North Carolina, Libby Sneed, Beth Anderson and Kevin Anderson all of Georgetown, Kentucky and Kayla Orahood of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Graveside Services will be held on Monday, July 15, 2024 at 2:00pm at Spires Cemetery in Damascus, Arkansas.

Kay and mom was friends as long as I can remember. Lavada Tittle .
She was there when mom passed . She was always there . I'll miss her ,still got her last message she sent me a Few months ago on my phone . She is with the Lord now and with mom ,Tommy ,and Gene .
