Peggy Sue Millspaugh Phillips, 85, of Batesville passed away June 23, 2024.
She was born April 15, 1939 in Bethesda, Arkansas to Paul Andrew Millspaugh and Reba Della (Pinkston) Millspaugh.
Peggy Sue was a member of the American Legion Post and the Bee Cee Line Dancers. She was a strong willed, stubborn and ornery woman who loved her cats. Peggy Sue loved to dance, sing karaoke, ride horses and go on trail rides. She also quilted and made floral arrangements.
Survivors include one son, Bud Phillips of Batesville; one daughter, Angela Parker (Gary) of Richmond, Texas; two brothers, Johnny Lee Millspaugh of Batesville and Paul Dean Millspaugh of Mountain Home; six grandchildren, Summer Jennings, Aaron Brightwell, Jason Kourakis, Brandy Franks, Misty Campbell and Alyssa Downs; seventeen great-grandchildren; thirteen great-great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald Ray Phillips; a daughter, Kathy Phillips; one brother, Billy Joe Millspaugh; two sisters, Bonnie Millspaugh Blake, Carolyn Millspaugh; one grandson, Cody Phillips and a great-granddaughter, Angel Isley.
Pallbearers are Jason Kourakis, Rick Kourakis, Jamae Morgan, Aaron Brightwell, Bryson Tims and Jacob Phillips.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 28, 2024 at 10:00am at the Roller-Crouch Funeral Home with Larry Sellers officiating. Burial will follow at Campground Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 9:00am until service time.
My Condolences to all the family, so sorry for your loss, I remember her as young girl, such a sweet lady, prayers to all for peace and comfort today and the days ahead

Aunt Sue some of my favorite memories were sitting on your back porch with Papa and wandering around your backyard playing with Cody! You will be missed by so many but you are no longer in pain. I love you
