Ramiro Garcia, ''Julio,'' of Elaine, Arkansas passed away on Monday, June 17, 2024 in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Ramiro was born Tuesday, March 9, 1954 in Kingsville, Texas to the late Calixto Garcia and Dominga Garza.

Ramiro Garcia worked in agriculture in Phillips County for many years. During his free time he enjoyed fishing and spending time with his friends and family.

He is survived by one brother, Adan Garcia (Connie) of Clarksville, Arkansas; two sisters, Minerva Aguilar of Marvell, Arkansas and Eva Mora of Elaine, Arkansas; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Ramiro is preceded in death by his parents, Calixto Garcia and Dominga Garza Garcia.
