Dorothy Moore, 92, of Flag, Arkansas. It is with great sorrow that we announce that our mother Dorothy ''Dot'' Moore has passed away June 14, 2024 with her daughter, Sally Moore and friend, Rusty Storey with her.
Dot was born on April 29, 1932 in Houma, Louisiana. She lived in Houma until the fall of 1979 when she moved to Flag, Arkansas, where she passed away at home.
Dot is survived by her daughters, Sally Moore, Mary Jane (Stephen) LeBoeuf, Darlene Marcel and Christina ''Tina'' Odum; grandchildren, Angel LeBoeuf, Cindy Porche, Brian Marcel; great grandchildren, Miranda Porche, Nick Porche, Eddie Ray and sisters, Carol Caswell, Rita Mae Scott, Betty Short and Dianne Mullins.
Dot is preceded in death by her only son, Edward ''Buddy'' Moore Jr.; husband, Edward Moore; son-in-law, Samuel Mareal; parents, Edwin J. Triche and Elvanzel Guidry Triche; brothers, E.J., Joseph, Daniel (Donald), Richard, Raymond (Boo-doo), Lynn, Armond (Paul), Bob and Gerald Triche and grandmother, Angelique Guidry.
Dot made everyone her friend and mothered many more children than she gave birth to. She loved her garden and was always there with a cup of coffee if you wanted to sit and visit awhile.
There will be no services as per her request.

My mom gained her wings and is in heaven. Mom I will forever miss you. I hated you were so far away. But I know you are with Buddy. Now the Pedro games can begin. Tell my friends who passed away recently Orville, Steve,and Allen. Sadly in the last 2 years I've lost both my parents my 3 best friends. I love you mom. And will miss you until I get there. Tell Buddy and Uncle Dalton I want in on the Pedro games. Again me and Eddie will miss you. I love you.
