My deepest sympathies to the entire Joseph Gartner Family. Joe and I went to Holy Ghost grade school and Wahlert High School together. He was always quiet, kind and very respectful of everyone. He will be sorely missed by everyone who was fortunate enough to know him. Rest in peace my classmate.

So sorry for your loss Delaine. It doesn't matter how many years you were married. It's hard to accept them being gone. Prayers for you and him.

So very sorry for your loss. I and my late husband only knew him for a short time, when we took him, Scott, and his boys spoon bill fishing at Table rock lake. Was an enjoyable time, to share our boat, and time with him. He was a very pleasant gentleman to be around. My prayers for the whole family on this loss to them.

Joe, my sweet brother. It was hard to let you go, but we all know you are with the Lord, where you were always meant to be. All brothers and sisters mourn your passing, but we will always carry you in our hearts. I know without any doubt you made a quick journey to your eternal reward. I will miss our birthday chats, but I will never stop talking to you on a daily basis. I love you Joe, rest in peace. Saint Joe, pray for us.

Love you Joe, Birgit and I will miss you for ever. You were an inspiration to all that met you, and even though you had your saying between us, "mom always liked you best" in a family that traveled the world there was no competition for the act of love it was shared equally. This is not a so long, but until we meet again. Rest in peace Joe.

Though I did not know Joe for very long, it was a very great pleasure to be acquainted with this very sharp, quiet, and gentle man. Joe always had a way of cheering me up with a quick, dry joke or a fast comment that never failed to bring a smile. Thoughts and prayers go out to Delaine and Joe's family for this massive loss, my heart is with you. Peace comes to my mind now, for I know that Joe is free, restored, and in the best place imaginable

Joe, thank you for the love you poured into all of us and for the ways you showed your loving dedication to all of your family. You raised an incredible son who turned out to be a wonderful husband, dad and grandpa just like you. You’re one of the best humans I’ve ever known and I was blessed to have you as my father-in-law. We will carry you with us all the days of our lives. Rest easy. Love you.
