Mr. Timothy Bettencourt Sr. of Norfork, Arkansas passed away on June 13th at the age of 72, Born July 3rd of 1951 in Selma California. Mr. Bettencourt enlisted into the Army in 1969 and is a Vietnam War Veteran.
Mr. Bettencourt loved fishing, hunting with hounds, but most of all spending time with his family, his grandson, Rhett was his pride and joy.
He is survived by his son, Tim and Lacie Bettencourt; Grandson, Rhett Bettencourt; sister, Janet Holland and brother, Joe Bettencourt and nephews, Bobby Holland and Brandon Holland.
He is preceded in death by Mother, Doyce Bettencourt; father, Joseph Bettencourt and a grandson, Easton Bettencourt.
The Family would like to thank his caregiver, Teresa Smith, for everything she done for Mr. Bettencourt, she went above and beyond to help in any way she could.
Funeral services are private.
Will miss the encouragement always conveyed by Tim..He has been a wonderful person to chat with for a number of years and I will miss him He always treated me like a friend and I am proud to say he was a friend of mine for nearly 25 yrs--
Tim, I was saddened to see your father passed away. I treasure the time I got to spend with you both when I was a kid. I have many good memories of you guys and horses, truck trips in your dad's pickup, hanging out, talking with you guys
