Edward J "Eddie" Forst, 66, of Paris, Arkansas passed away Sunday, May 26, 2024 in Fort Smith with his family by his side.
Edward was born October 10, 1957 in Paris, Arkansas to his parents, Edward B Forst and Rita M (Kirchner) Forst. He worked at Cloyes Gear in Paris for several years and was a self-employed auto mechanic. He loved spending time with his family camping and doing other outdoor activities with them. He enjoyed working on cars and making things out of wood. He also had a love for all types of animals, whether it was a farm animal or wild animal, he enjoyed seeing and caring for them.
He is preceded in death by parents, previously mentioned above, his father-in-law, Finton (Dub) Pfeiffer and son-in-law, Bobby Ray Scott.
He is survived by his wife of forty-six years, Brenda (Pfeiffer) Forst of the home; four sons, Steven Forst, David Forst and wife, Alisha, Adam Forst and Nicole Friemel and Justin Caro and MJ all of Paris, Arkansas; two daughters, Jennifer Lewis and Scott Rotert of Fort Smith, Arkansas; Sandra Scott and Scott Friemel of Paris, Arkansas; four sisters, Rita Duggar and husband, Jerry of Paris, Jane Scrivner and husband, Johnny of Paris, Joan Watson and husband, Randy of Ratcliff, Nancy May and husband, Brian of Mena; mother-in-law, Reba Pfeiffer of Paris; nineteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren; many other family members and friends.
A visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 30, 2024 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 30, 2024 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at St. Benedict Catholic Cemetery in Subiaco under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.

Eddie Joe was a great man and always had a huge place in my heart, he wasn't just a cousin but more like a brother and reminded me of his dad, I will truly miss him and have all in my thoughts and prayers. He and Brenda always took care of my mom and I will never forget that
