Annie Louise Heath of Andrews, North Carolina passed away May 25, 2024 peacefully surrounded by her family in her home in Quitman, Arkansas. The 97-year-old mother of nine was a pillar of strength and unwavering love. She had an immense sense of humor and an unwavering belief in God.
Annie was preceded in death by her husband, Henry K. Heath; a son, Harry Leon Heath; a grandson, Mark Anthony; her parents, Shirley D. and Nannie M. Battle; her sister, Catherine Coffey and two brothers, Bill Battle and Robert (Buck) Battle.
She is survived by her daughters, Dorinda Neknez, Shirley (Bill) Dowda, Matresa (David) Brooks, Vicki (Jimmy) Killough and Sara Altman; her sons, John (Beverly) Heath, Bobby (Patsy) Heath and Timmy Heath; her daughter-in-law, Pat Heath and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Josh Heath, Bobby Heath, Jr., Kent Altman, Clay Dowda, Ray Pursley and Hunter Brawley.
A visitation will be at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier at 9:00am Thursday, May 30, 2024, followed by a funeral service at 10:00am. Burial will be at Copperas Spring Cemetery in Guy, Arkansas.
It is so strange being here without you...Ray and I love you more than there are words for and miss you every second. Please hug daddy and granddaddy for me and keep them company until we can all be together again. Love you always!!!!

Nanny Poo you always held yourself with such grace and dignity. You were a wonderful role model as a mother and grandmother. Thank you for being a wonderful Nanny and showing us how to walk with Christ. We love you Nanny. Not goodbye, only see you soon.

It was an honor be be able to know your mom. Even though we weren’t able to visit much she was an Amazing Lady that will greatly missed. Your family will be in our hearts and prayers.

Aunt Louise was such a a special and sweet aunt. She was always there for you. My mother and her used to do so much together, like sisters. So many wonderful memories and fun we had in Florida as family. Love you so much, we will see each other again some glorious day.
