Ocie ''Cora'' Hunter 90, of Little Rock, formerly of the East End Community, passed away May 19, 2024. She was a member of East Union Missionary Baptist Church. Cora was preceded in death by her parents, Levi and Eura Loftis; daughter, Carol Marie Howard and son, Eric Hunter.

She is survived by her loving son, Richard Hunter (Shirley); grandchildren, Tonya Jacobs, Candace Owen, Jesica Hunter, Paula Watt, Richie Howard; great grandchildren, Gavin Jacobs, Luke Owen, Gannon Hunter, Silas Hunter, Ashley Mitchell, Chase Howard and a host of brothers and sisters.

The family would like to thank Tiffany, Audria, Amora, Joann and Vickie for the love and care they extended to them and their mother.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 11 am with a funeral service beginning at 12 noon in the Chapel of Roller Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, Arkansas. Burial will follow at Salem Cemetery in East End.

Cora was like a second mother to me. She was a saint, no one can say anything bad about this woman. I am sure that she is in heaven now with her son and daughter. She is happy now. Love you Cora.
