Phyllis Garman Davis, 90, of Clinton passed away Friday, May 10, 2024. She was born on July 7,1933 in Black Butte, Oregon to Willis and Elva Garman.

Phyllis was a member of the Rabbit Ridge Church of Christ. She enjoyed being with family and reading.

Phyllis is survived by her son, Rodney Davis of Weatherford, Texas; her daughter, Rhea Rollings of Clinton, Arkansas; three sisters, Zenda Hutson of Clinton, Arkansas, Lynn L' Arrivee of Mt. Vernon, Washington, Aloma Hartsell of Marysville, Washington; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Joe W. Davis; her daughter, Valerie J. Davis and one sister, Virginia Bradford.
