Joyce Annette Wilson, 79, of Benton, AR passed away on May 8, 2024. Joyce was born on August 13 1944 to Donald and Margaret Wilson. Joyce attended Benton High School and was employed as a Nursing Aide for many years. She was a member of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed Sewing, Quilting, Cooking and Gardening. Above all else, she was passionate about her family. Joyce will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Joyce is survived by her son, William Sheridan; Sisters, Diann Smith of Jacksonville and Darlene Johnson, Diana Zollinger; three nephews; two nieces and many great nieces and nephews. Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, Don and Margaret Girtrue; her son, Troy Sheridan JR, and his dad Troy Sheridan SR. and her Brother, James Wilson.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 14 at 2:00 PM at Roller-Alcoa Funeral Home.

I spent an enormous amount of time with Aunt Joyce and Grandpa Wilson. From my earliest memories of playing with Troy Dale and William to digging potatoes in Grandpa Wilson's garden.
