Victor Lynn Dulaney, 67, of Lexa, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 in Memphis, Tennessee. He was born on Saturday, October 13, 1956 in Helena, Arkansas to Thomas Dulaney and Jennie Carter. Victor owned and operated Vic's Cleaning Service for many years, servicing many in the Phillips County, Arkansas area. He was a member of the Twin City Church of Christ in West Helena, Arkansas. He taught himself to play pool and the drums. Victor was known as a pool shark at just 11 years old and had an impeccable sense of rhythm.
He is survived by his son, Carter Dulaney of Helena, Arkansas; three daughters, Katie Dulaney, Mallory Dulaney and Hilary Tosh all of Helena, Arkansas; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; mother, Jennie Dulaney; brother, Mike Dulaney (Kathy) of West Helena, Arkansas; sister, Judy Bartlett (David) of Lexa, Arkansas; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Dulaney and grandson, Kyler Dulaney.
A graveside service for Victor Lynn Dulaney will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 13, 2024 at Cypert Cemetery in Marvell, Arkansas. Brother Larry Scott will officiate. Interment will follow.

So many fond memories of Vic as we grew up together in Marvell. Baseball games in the field next to the house, basketball games in the backyard and those exciting Jeep rides in the field behind T.H.
