Betty Ann Fortune Watters, 63, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away peacefully at home on May 8, 2024. Betty was born December 21, 1960 in Douglas, Michigan to Arvel Willis Fortune and Rosie Mary Green Fortune.
Betty married the love of her life, Tony Allen Watters, June 16, 1984.
Betty worked numerous jobs including Michigan Fruit Canners, Blanchard Shirt Factory, Greens Dental Lab, Conestoga and Herbal Healing. She made life-long friends everywhere she worked.
She loved camping, making crafts, shopping garage sales and she was an avid photographer who always had her camera and loved taking pictures everywhere she went.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Sue Jones Bradford and Kathy May Son and her mother-in-law, Rosie May Tubbs Watters.
Survivors are her husband, Tony; sisters, Thelma (Jimmy) Owens, Kay Peel and Joyce (Joe) Pearson; brother-in-law, Tim Watters and sister-in-law, Cheryl Watters. Betty is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
Betty will be greatly missed by all that loved and knew her and will always be remembered for her sweet and loving nature and easy smile for everyone.
Visitation for Betty will be held on Monday, May 13, 2024 from 6:00-8:00PM at Roller Crouch Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas. Graveside services are Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at10:00AM at Chalybeate Springs Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas.
Pallbearers are Carl Tuttle, Blake Watters, Max Newcomb, Joe Pearson, Joe Don Looney and Don Rackley. Honorary pallbearer is Junior Watters.
Roller Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.

Tony and family, I am sorry your time with sweet Betty Ann . I am sure nearly 40 years married to such a wonderful lady didn't seem very long. Her smiling face and kind ways will be remembered by many. Godspeed
