of Kensett, AR
September 6, 1931 - April 24, 2024
Pearl Evelyn Reagan, 92, of Kensett, Arkansas went to her Heavenly home on April 24, 2024. She was born September 6, 1931 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas to the late Samuel and Lilly Threet Robbins.
Pearl was a woman of God. She loved the Lord more than anyone and anything else, and she devoted her life to serving Him and His kingdom. She taught her children and grandchildren about Jesus and His love, and she set an example of how to follow Him.
She loved her family deeply. She was always spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and she enjoyed being in the company of those she loved. She opened her home on the holidays and hosted Thanksgiving dinners every year with all her friends and family. On those days she would sit in the company and listen to everyone's stories and jokes. She was interested in what other people liked and enjoyed doing and she wanted to hear about it.
Pearl enjoyed cooking, and she made the best dumplings. Everyone looked forward to seeing her sweet smile and her kind heart and her delicious dumplings. She was crazy about birds. She raised eggs until they hatched and would watch them fly outside and perch on bird houses on her patio for hours. She liked sitting in the music room of her house listening to the piano or the guitar and would request a song from time to time. "Oh, that was beautiful." she would say.
Even when her memory began to fade, Pearl loved her family unconditionally and though she didn't quite seem to remember some of us, her loyalty to and memory of her husband never waned. She was loved beyond measure by her family and by the Father, who she rejoices with now and we can only imagine the look on her face when she saw her beloved John again, after all those years.
In addition to her parents, Pearl is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 61 years, John Reagan; six brothers and sisters and one grandchild, Jennifer Pollard. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Michael (Diann) Reagan and Clinton (Joyce) Reagan; daughter, Beverly Brewer; grandchildren, Robin (Kevin) Netterville of Hot Springs, Justin (Shana) Reagan of Judsonia, Carl Kellems of Kensett and Billy Reagan; great grandchildren, Elisha, Jason, Mikka, Austin, Grace, Ben and Maverick; great great grandchildren, Matthew, Caleb and Ryker; brothers, Richard, Arthur, Herbert and Walter Robbins; as well as a host of other family and friends.
A visitation will be held at 1 PM Monday, April 29, 2024 at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home in Searcy with funeral services following at 2 PM. Interment will be at West Point cemetery.
